The rise of lead halide perovskite semiconductors has enabled high‐performance LEDs with internal quantum efficiencies approaching 100%. In order to further enhance the external quantum efficiencies limited by light outcoupling effects, in this account, the strategies for reducing energy dissipation through the substrate, waveguide, and evanescent ...

Robust 2D Ruddlesden–Popper lead‐tin perovskites demonstrate exceptional resistive switching memory performance after cesium carbonate deposition, achieving a high accuracy of 90.1% in MNIST pattern recognition. Additionally, a novel energy‐efficient content‐addressable memory architecture, based on perovskite memristive devices, is proposed for ...

The halide postdeposition process is optimized by engineering blue mixed‐halide 3D perovskites with acetate‐rich surfaces. This engineered perovskite minimizes the washing effect of isopropanol, which slows down surface reconstruction and ultimately promotes the formation of a uniform mixed‐halide perovskite phase.

This review explores how in situ and operando spectroscopic techniques reveal the real‐time behavior of reticular materials, including MOFs and COFs. These methods track material formation and functionalization, structural changes, defect formation, dynamic responses to external triggers, and catalytic processes.
