An STI‐guided metagenomic association framework links soybean salt‐tolerance phenotypes with rhizosphere microbiome composition and network organization in natural saline soils. The approach identifies candidate beneficial taxa, including Thalassospira xiamenensis, and provides an efficient strategy for mining stress‐protective microbes from native ...

Symbiotic Nova PU Vul - 33 Years of Observations
We present UBVRI light curves of the symbiotic nova PU Vul after its outburst in 1978. Three observed eclipses of the hot component by the cool one were used to determine the ephemeris of the binary system as JD (Min I) = 2444550(15) + 4897(10) × E days.

Polydopamine nanoparticles enable a precise, non‐genetic, and transcranial neuromodulation strategy via near‐infrared photothermal stimulation. By activating TRPV1 channels, this approach specifically enhances hippocampal gamma oscillations, thereby rescuing spatial memory deficits in models of perioperative neurocognitive disorder.

We developed an ultrasound‐controlled biomimetic nanoplatform, mRNA/V@M NPs, to co‐deliver CD74 mRNA and V‐9302 for fibrotic TNBC therapy. CD74 mRNA reprograms myCAFs into antigen‐presenting apCAF cells through the CD74‐MHC II pathway, while V‐9302 induces ICD and activates MHC I‐CD8+ T cell immunity.

Current Challenges of Transcription Compartmentalization Research
Transcription factors, coactivators, and RNA polymerase II assemble into transcription compartments ranging from small, defined complexes to liquid‐like condensates. This review unifies these seemingly competing descriptions along a single continuum and asks what these compartments have been shown to do, and what they have not, revealing that the most ...

Stellar Photometry at the Crossroads of the Two Centuries
In the last century photometry was recognized as a powerful method for investigation of physical parameters of stars and of interstellar matter. Photometric investigations now cover the spectral range from the far ultraviolet to the far infrared.

Polarisation photometric stereo [PDF]
This paper concerns a novel approach to fuse two-source photometric stereo (PS) data with polarisation information for complete surface normal recovery for smooth or slightly rough surfaces. PS is a well-established method but is limited in application by its need for three or more well-spaced and known illumination sources and Lambertian reflectance ...

Frontal lobe traumatic brain injury is associated with hyperactivity of an insular–orbitofrontal circuit in both patients and mice. By combination of integrating functional imaging, cell‐type–specific circuit manipulation, single‐cell transcriptomics, and whole‐cell recordings, this work identifies the downregulation of the potassium channel KCNC3 in ...
