Stellar activity contamination of radial velocity (RV) data is one of the top challenges plaguing the field of extreme-precision RV science. Previous work has shown that photometry can be very effective at removing such signals from RV data, especially ...

The Total Solar Irradiance (TSI) is an important input for the Earth’s climate. To describe the competing contributions of sunspots and faculae on irradiance variability, the San Fernando Observatory (SFO) irradiance model has two components: One ...

Paraventricular CRF neurons in the hypothalamus project to glutamatergic neurons of the spinal trigeminal caudal nucleus, enhancing neuronal activation and CRFR2 signaling. This pathway increases CRF release and excitatory drive, promoting central sensitization and migraine‐related behaviors. Targeting the PVN–SP5C circuit provides a potential strategy

H2S‐Releasing Aspirin Nanoparticles Alleviate Endometriosis and Associated Anxiety
Albumin nanoparticles loaded with an H2S‐releasing aspirin derivative (ACS14) hitchhiking neutrophils after intraperitoneal injection and preferentially accumulate in endometriosis lesions in mice. The treatment suppresses lesion growth by regulating PI3K/Akt and reduces inflammation by inhibiting NF‐κB.

Hydrogen-rich to stripped-envelope: observational continuity and biases in CCSNe
Although historically classified into discrete subclasses, there is growing evidence that indicates that core-collapse supernovae (CCSNe) categories often overlap, reflecting continuous variations in progenitor structure, mass-loss history, and ...

Photometric Observations of Eccentric Accretion in Algol-type Binary Stars [PDF]
Some Algol-type interacting binary stars exhibit strange photometric variations that can be phase-dependent and/or secular. This paper discusses the possibility of explaining these observed variations as resulting from an accretion structure eclipsing ...

Dorsal Raphe VIP Neurons Are Critical for Survival‐Oriented Vigilance
DRNVIP neurons in mice and primates are strategically positioned to influence the central extended amygdala via feedback loops. They regulate the excitability of PKC‐δ neurons in the ovBNST and CeA through glutamate release. Their ablation heightens activity in these regions, disrupts active‐phase sleep architecture, enhances risk assessment behaviors ...

Cell Type-Specific Encoding of Cocaine-Conditioned Responses in the Lateral Preoptic Area. [PDF]
Cocaine conditioning induces context‐specific and cell type–specific dependent changes in activity in glutamatergic and GABAergic neuronal populations of the lateral preoptic area. ABSTRACT The lateral preoptic area (LPO) is a functionally heterogeneous hypothalamic structure that is increasingly recognised for its role in motivated and drug‐seeking ...
