Photon-photon interactions in dynamically coupled cavities
We study theoretically the interaction between two photons in a nonlinear cavity. The photons are loaded into the cavity via a method we propose here, in which the input/output coupling of the cavity is effectively controlled via a tunable coupling to a second cavity mode that is itself strongly output-coupled.

Overcoming phonon-induced dephasing for indistinguishable photon sources [PDF]
Reliable single photon sources constitute the basis of schemes for quantum communication and measurement based quantum computing. Solid state single photon sources based on quantum dots are convenient and versatile but the electronic transitions that ...

Vector-vector production in photon-photon interactions [PDF]
Measurements of exclusive untagged ρ0ρ0,ρφ,K*K*, and ρω production and tagged ρ0ρ0 production in photon‐photon interactions by the TPC/Two‐Gamma experiment are reviewed. Comparisons to the results of other experiments and to models of vector‐vector production are made.

Dynamical photon-photon interaction mediated by a quantum emitter [PDF]
Abstract Single photons constitute a main platform in quantum science and technology: they carry quantum information over extended distances in the future quantum internet1 and can be manipulated in advanced photonic circuits enabling scalable photonic quantum computing.

Simulations of the interaction region in a photon-photon collider [PDF]
The status and initial performance of a simulation program CAIN for interaction region of linear colliders is described. The program is developed to be applicable for e+e-, e-e-, e-gamma and gamma-gamma linear colliders. As an example of an application, simulation of a gamma-gamma collider option of NLC is reported.

PHOTON-PHOTON INTERACTIONS [PDF]
Abstract A brief summary of the present status of photon-photon interactions is presented. Stress is placed on the use of two-photon collisions to test present ideas on the quark constituents of hadrons and on the theory of strong interactions.

Hadronic photon-photon interactions at high energies [PDF]
Photon-photon collisions are investigated in the framework of the two-component Dual Parton Model. The model is shown to agree well to hadron production data from hadron-hadron and photon-hadron collisions. The multiparticle production in hadron-hadron, photon-hadron and photon-photon collisions as predicted by the model is compared. Strong differences

Photon–Atom Interactions: Intermediate Energies
This chapter provides an overview of our understanding of photon–atom interactions involving soft x-rays, hard x-rays, and gamma-rays with “intermediate” photon energies roughly between 1 keV to 1 MeV (37 a.u. to 37 × 103 a.u.). These energies correspond
