Structural insights and therapeutic targets in Acinetobacter baumannii capsule biosynthesis
Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC. Crystal structures of ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC reveal their role in CMP‐Leg5,7Ac2 synthesis and regioselective C8 epimerization.

Physical Fitness of Cleaners in Faculty of Medicine Universitas Padjadjaran, November 2012
Background: Cleaning is an occupation that is carried out worldwide in many different environments. Cleaning workers (cleaners) often have low occupational skills and belong to the less advantaged educational and socioeconomic groups. Because of the high

Design and analysis strategies for robust microbiome ageing research
The gut microbiome changes with age and associates with age‐related morbidity and mortality, establishing it as a potential biomarker and intervention target for ageing. Realising this potential requires methodological rigour, yet distinguishing biological signals from methodological artefacts remains challenging across cohorts. This review provides an

Morphometric parameters of air in lungs of laboratory rats on physical exercise. [PDF]
Aim: to determine the morphological and functional relationships between the morphometric parameters of lung airness tissue specimens of laboratory rats and indicators of physical endurance while swimming with weights and running on a treadmill. Material

Cancer progression is regulated by the dynamic matrix code of the tumor microenvironment, which influences cellular behavior and disease development. Importantly, matrix remodeling in three‐dimensional cancer models more accurately reflects in vivo conditions compared to conventional two‐dimensional systems.

Central and peripheral manipulations of perceived exertion and endurance performance [PDF]
Perception of effort, defined as “the conscious sensation of hard, heavy and strenuous exercise”, is known to regulate endurance performance and human behaviour.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

PHARMACOCORRECTION PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE HERBAL REMEDIES «KARDEKAIM»
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of herbal means «kardekaim» on indicators of physical endurance. Actoprotective activity was determined by the general models, high-speed and power of physical endurance in experiments on white mice ...
