Zero-Power, High-Frequency Floating Memristor Emulator Circuit and Its Applications [PDF]

open access: yesMicromachines
This paper presents a novel passive floating memristor emulator that operates without an external DC bias, leveraging the DTMOS technique. The design comprises only four MOSFETs and eliminates the need for external capacitors.

Colossal emergent inductance in a molecular memristor [PDF]

open access: yesScientific Reports
Memristors exhibit history-dependent transport and are widely studied for their hysteretic current–voltage characteristics, yet their dynamical electrodynamic roles remain largely unexplored. Here, we investigate the quasi-one-dimensional halogen-bridged

A Novel Generalized Memristor Based on Three-Phase Diode Bridge Rectifier

open access: yesComplexity, 2019
Memristive characteristics in three-phase diode bridge rectifier circuit are proposed in this paper. The conduction of the diodes is discussed and the characteristics of the pinched hysteresis loop are analyzed by both numerical simulations and circuit ...

The effect of polymer stiffness on magnetization reversal of magnetorheological elastomers

open access: yesAPL Materials, 2022
Ultrasoft magnetorheological elastomers (MREs) offer convenient real-time magnetic field control of mechanical properties that provides a means to mimic mechanical cues and regulators of cells in vitro.

Sintering-induced multiferroicity in 0.93(NaBi)TiO3–0.07BaTiO3 ceramics

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Dielectrics
Two 0.93(Na[Formula: see text]Bi[Formula: see text]TiO3–0.07BaTiO3 ceramics were sintered for 2[Formula: see text]h and 3 h, respectively, by a conventional solid reaction method.

A Hysteresis Model Incorporating Varying Pinching Stiffness and Spread for Enhanced Structural Damage Simulation

open access: yesApplied Sciences
The widely used Bouc–Wen–Baber–Noori (BWBN) hysteresis model, although effective in simulating hysteresis behaviors, does not account for variations in the pinching region of hysteretic behaviors. This can negatively impact the accuracy of the BWBN model

About v-i pinched hysteresis of some non-memristive systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
A special subset of two-terminal elements providing pinched hysteresis loops in the voltage-current plane with the lobe area increasing with the frequency is analysed.

Pinched hysteresis loops and symmetry

open access: yesIET Science, Measurement & Technology, 2017
Pinched hysteresis loops (PHLs) can be clockwise, counter‐clockwise, self‐crossing and non‐self‐crossing. While it is difficult to differentiate these features from the measured PHLs on the oscilloscope, this study shows that PHL exhibits different forms of symmetry.

Magnetic, Antiferroelectric-like Behavior and Resistance Switching Properties in BiFeO3-CaMnO3 Polycrystalline Thin Films. [PDF]

open access: yesMaterials (Basel), 2023
International audienceThe effect of ferromagnetic CaMnO3 (CMO) addition to structural, magnetic, dielectric, and ferroelectric properties of BiFeO3 is presented. X-ray diffraction and Raman investigation allowed the identification of a single pseudocubic

Mem-Elements Emulator Design With Experimental Validation and Its Application

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
An emulator circuit of Memristor, Memcapacitor, and Meminductor commonly termed as mem-elements has been demonstrated in this article. The circuit has been realized using the technique of current mode, which provides better performance over voltage mode ...
