Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Thermal and Non-thermal X-Rays from the LMC Super Bubble 30 Dor C
We report on the discovery of thermal and non-thermal X-rays from the shells of the super bubble (SB) 30 Dor C in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC). The X-ray morphology is a nearly circular shell with a radius of about 40 pc, which is bright on the ...

Numerical analysis of the heat loss of stop valves of heat networks [PDF]
The results of mathematical modeling of heat regimes of stop valves of heat networks were given. It was revealed that for the stop valves with a relatively small nominal bore the equivalent pipe length can be reduced more than ...

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Parametric modelling of control cable fittings geometric configuration with interpolation of FEA results [PDF]
Studying the behavior of control cable fittings (actually a pipe-type part) during radial crimping for fixation on the pipeline is a difficult task since it is necessary to control the presence of obvious plastic deformations: on the one hand ...

Oscillations in β Ursae Minoris [PDF]
Aims. From observations of the K4III star β UMi we attempt to determine whether oscillations or any other form of variability is present. Methods. A high-quality photometric time series of ≈1000 days in length obtained from the SMEI instrument on the ...
