IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

The genome sequence of the Bird-cherry Ermine moth, Yponomeuta evonymella (Linnaeus, 1758) [version 2; peer review: 2 approved, 1 approved with reservations]

open access: yesWellcome Open Research
We present a genome assembly from an individual female Yponomeuta evonymella (the Bird-cherry Ermine; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Yponomeutidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 572.70 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 32

Wall-thickness reduction of AP1000 primary coolant pipes subjected to cold roll-forming

open access: yes工程科学学报, 2016
A modified Johnson-Cook model was proposed based on the true stress-strain data of 316LN stainless steel and it was successfully used to describe the deformation characteristic of the steel at room temperature and low strain rate.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

PREDICTION OF THE GROUNDS TEMPERATURE BEHAVIOR OF THE SURFACE LAYING PIPELINE SUPPORT FOUNDATIONS FOR ENSURING THE TROUBLE-FREE OPERATION OF THE PIPELINE SYSTEM «ZAPOLYARIE — NPS PURPE»

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений: Нефть и газ, 2014
The problems of modeling of thermal interaction of the pipeline support pile foundation with the permafrost ground are considered. The article provides technical solutions for maintenance of the frozen condition of the grounds of pile foundations and ...

Laboratory Testing of FBGs for Pipeline Monitoring

open access: yesSensors, 2020
The monitoring of the effects of geohazards on pipelines can be addressed by optical fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs). They are sensitive to strain and bending, and are installed on the external surface of pipelines at discrete locations.

Mothers of Pipelines

open access: yesElectronic Notes in Theoretical Computer Science, 2007
AbstractWe present a method for pipeline verification using SMT solvers. It is based on a non-deterministic “mother pipeline” machine (MOP) that abstracts the instruction set architecture (ISA). The MOP vs. ISA correctness theorem splits naturally into a large number of simple subgoals.

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Assessment of internal corrosion risk in wet sour gas pipeline systems utilizing computational fluid dynamics: a predictive framework for evaluating pipeline and structural integrity, with a case study of the Kashagan 28-inch offshore pipeline

open access: yesJournal of Engineering and Applied Science
This study conducts a computational fluid dynamics (CFD)-based assessment of internal corrosion risk in wet sour gas pipeline systems, focusing on developing a predictive framework for pipeline integrity. Using the L415 X60 steel pipeline as a reference,
