3‐Dimensional Conductive Pathways in Microstructure‐Controlled Composite Cathodes for All‐Solid‐State Batteries

Microstructure‐controlled LiCoO2–Li10GeP2S12 composite cathodes are elucidated with scanning electron microscopy with energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, scanning spread resistance microscopy, and conductive atomic force microscopy to clarify correlation among microstructures, 3‐dimensional e–/Li+‐conductive pathways, and charge–discharge properties.

Enhanced High‐Rate Cycling Performance of Nickel‐Rich Li[Ni0.88Co0.09Mn0.03]O2 Cathodes Through Sc2O3 Doping

Sc2O3 doping enhances the stability and rate capability of nickel‐rich LNCM88 cathodes. Despite a slight initial capacity loss, 1 wt% Sc2O3 achieves superior cycling performance, delivering 93.1% retention at 0.1 C and improved full‐cell durability, demonstrating a promising strategy for high‐power lithium‐ion batteries.
