Alternating oxidative–reductive pulses synchronize CO2‐derived *CO and NH3‐derived *NHx intermediates over dual Cu and Co single‐atom sites, enabling urea and ethyl urea formation with a total C─N Faradaic efficiency of 42 ± 4%. In situ spectroscopy and theoretical calculations elucidate complementary Cu and Co functions, while oxidative controls ...

Robust Spin Splitting and Fermiology in the Layered Altermagnet CoNb4${\rm CoNb}_4$Se8${\rm Se}_8$
The emergence of an altermagnetic phase is demonstrated in the cobalt‐intercalated superconducting 2H‐NbSe2 polymorph. A combined theoretical and experimental approach directly probes the magnetism, the altermagnetic lifting of Kramers degeneracy, and the electronic phase space, establishing CoNb4Se8 as the first g‐wave altermagnetic layered material ...

Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) emerge as a critical repair‐limiting factor in osteomyelitis, driving osteoblast mitochondrial dysfunction and excessive PINK1/Parkin‐mediated mitophagy. Gallium–selenium nanoparticles (GaSex) scavenge reactive oxygen species, redirect neutrophils from NETosis toward bactericidal phagocytosis, eliminate methicillin‐

Cross‐sectional Lorentz TEM and off‐axis electron holography visualize the magnetic domain structure and quantify interlayer coupling in Fe3GeTe2/graphite/Fe3GeTe2 heterostructures. A stray‐field coupling length of 37±$\pm$7 nm marks the onset of domain misalignment between the layers.

A Family of Sodium Solid‐State Electrolytes Based on the NaGaxAl1‐xCl4 Solid Solution
ABSTRACT Sodium‐based metal chloride solid electrolytes are promising for sodium solid‐state batteries due to their excellent oxidation stability, which, as shown for Li halides, can coexist with high ionic conductivity. To explore cationic substitution effects, we synthesized NaGaxAl1‐xCl4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) via ball milling and investigated structural and ...

Solution precursor plasma spraying enables the scalable fabrication of porous and disordered nickel‐iron‐aluminum oxide coatings as precious‐metal‐free anodes. Aluminum inhibits crystal growth, optimizes local atomic sites, and enhances charge and ion transport to accelerate reaction kinetics, leading to excellent performance and operational stability.

Actors and agency in academic language policy and planning
Nearly two decades have passed since Kaplan and Baldauf [1997. Language planning from practice to theory. Clevedon: Multilingual Matters] drew attention to the dearth of language policy and planning (LPP) in higher education.

Planning Style and Agency Properties [PDF]
It is assumed here that planning style and the organisational properties of the agency are loosely coupled. A number of such properties are discussed in order to construct four agency profiles corresponding to the values and basic ideas of synoptic, incremental, communicative, and advocacy planning.
