In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Forest growth and yield models are essential tools for forest management decision-making, but most models have neglected the inclusion of stand structure. The relationship between stand structure and stand growth has been widely reported, but the results

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Planning Theory and Techniques
The formulation of the successive Five-Year Plans in India has led to a steady evolution of economic thinking on questions relating to planning theory and techniques. However, the interplay between plans and economic thinking has often been tenuous. At times there may even have been post-facto rationalization of investment decisions taken on political ...

Hybrid STAN: Identifying and managing combinatorial optimisation sub-problems in planning [PDF]
It is well-known that planning is hard but it is less well-known how to approach the hard parts of a problem instance effectively. Using static domain analysis techniques we can identify and abstract certain combinatorial sub-problems from a planning ...
