Depletion of p75NTR in Schwann Cells Driven by Inflammation Mediates Cutaneous Pain in Psoriasis
Psoriasis‐like inflammation induces proliferation and molecular remodeling of cutaneous Schwann cells, marked by reduced p75NTR and increased NGF expression. IL‐17A promotes this process, whereas Schwann cell‐specific p75NTR overexpression alleviates cutaneous pain in vivo.

Tender, plantar nodules occurring in pediatric patients can be associated to different clinical entities, despite similar morphological features, therefore dermatopathology is the best technique for the definitive diagnosis. We describe the case for a 12-year-old patient with tender, red nodules on the left sole 3 days in duration, and with moderate ...

Highly Aligned Bacteria Cellulose Yarn Aggregation for Energy Generation and Strain Sensing
Although high‐performance bacterial cellulose fibers have attracted significant interest for wearable electronics, a self‐powered and high‐mechanosensitive design is still scarce for achieving an intelligent integrated system. Here, we demonstrate an innovative bio‐fabrication strategy to develop a core‐sheath yarn that features the ordered network and

Customizing Tactile Sensors via Machine Learning‐Driven Inverse Design
ABSTRACT Replicating the sophisticated sense of touch in artificial systems requires tactile sensors with precisely tailored properties. However, manually navigating the complex microstructure‐property relationship results in inefficient and suboptimal designs.

The management of plantar warts - a podiatric perspective
The number of treatments offered for a particular condition is often indicative of the unsatisfactory success rate in curing the problem. This can be demonstrated by the documented plethora of treatments suggested for plantar warts (or verrucae), which ...
