Meniscus‐Guided Interfacial Ring‐by‐Ring Assembly for In Situ Fabrication of Tubular Hydrogels
A tubular hydrogel fabrication method leveraging the meniscus effect at the oil‐water interface is presented. UV irradiation across the concave surface of the photocurable hydrogel precursor induces the formation of ring‐like hydrogel structures. Sequential ring‐by‐ring assembly within microchannels enables the construction of arteriole‐scale hydrogel ...

Effect of Turbulence Spreading on Subcritical Turbulence in Inhomogeneous Plasmas [PDF]
Summary: The influence of the turbulence spreading is studied on the self-sustained turbulence which is induced by the subcritical instability. It is found that there is a minimum system size that can sustain the self-sustained turbulence, and an analytic formula is derived. The generalization of the Maxwell's construction rule is also derived.

Turbulent Magnetogenesis in a Collisionless Plasma
Abstract We demonstrate an efficient mechanism for generating magnetic fields in turbulent, collisionless plasmas. By using fully kinetic, particle-in-cell simulations of an initially nonmagnetized plasma, we inspect the genesis of magnetization, in a nonlinear regime.

Ion diffusion and acceleration in plasma turbulence [PDF]
Particle transport, acceleration and energization are phenomena of major importance for both space and laboratory plasmas. Despite years of study, an accurate theoretical description of these effects is still lacking. Validating models with self-consistent, kinetic simulations represents today a new challenge for the description of weakly collisional ...
