Abstract Dural plasmacytoma is an unusual form of myeloma. We describe a woman with plasmacytoma of the tentorium cerebelli that was managed successfully with surgical decompression and radiotherapy. Computed tomography, not previously reported in cases of dural plasmacytoma, was useful in her management.
