Mechanochemistry: Fundamental Principles and Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this review, the physicochemical principles of mechanochemistry are first clarified. Based on this foundation, the research basis and cutting‐edge scientific achievements in four areas are introduced: solid‐state organic chemistry, polymers, interface science, and biomechanochemistry.

Accelerated Bone Healing via Electrical Stimulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Electrical stimulation significantly impacts bone healing by enhancing osteoblast proliferation, differentiation, and vascularization through calmodulin/calcineurin/NFAT signaling. It also boosts macrophage function and cell migration, presenting a comprehensive approach to accelerating bone repair.

Spatiotemporal Transcriptomic Profiling Reveals the Dynamic Immunological Landscape of Alveolar Echinococcosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An unprecedented high‐resolution spatial atlas of the E. multilocularis infection foci is obtained, revealing the dynamic functions of neutrophils, Spp1+ macrophages, and fibroblasts during disease progression. The transition of parasite control strategy from “active killing” to “negative segregation” by the host may provide instructive insights into ...
