Bioinspired passive flow routing mitigates thrombosis in cardiovascular devices by redirecting a small fraction of forward flow into stagnation‐prone regions. Inspired by avian alula and aircraft slat mechanisms, strategically placed routing channels restore washout around mechanical heart valves, reducing low‐shear exposure by four orders of magnitude

PDGFRα+/Integrin α2+ Fibroblasts Orchestrate Tumor Budding in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma via Mechano‐Metabolic Symbiosis: E‐Cadherin/Integrin α2β1 Adhesion and Mitochondrial Transfer

PDGFA/PDGFRα signaling recruits CAFs to OSCC nests, and CAF‐OSCC contact drives tumor budding invasion. Mechanistically, heterotypic adhesion via E‐cadherin/integrin α2β1 activates YAP signaling in OSCC cells, inducing EMT. Concurrently, CAFs transfer mitochondria through TNTs, supplying ATP to fuel invasion.

A Smart Fluid‐Hydraulic System Based on MRF Valve Control and Its Application in Flexible Grasping

This study introduces a smart fluid hydraulic system using MRF valve control for flexible gripping. An MRF‐MSV with an integrated excitation coil and micro‐textured damping channels is designed and validated; micro‐texturing increases hydraulic resistance. Coupled with a soft actuator, the MRF‐MSV enables dynamic bending and grasping.

Inhalable ROS‐Responsive Nanospray Activates PPAR‐γ to Restore Macrophage Mitochondrial Homeostasis and Attenuate Radiation‐Induced Lung Injury

A nebulized nanoassembly alleviates radiation‐induced lung injury by reprogramming macrophages through coordinated ROS scavenging, NAD+ replenishment, and PPAR‐γ activation. Redox balance, mitochondrial homeostasis, and immune regulation are restored, revealing a microenvironment‐centered strategy for localized radioprotection.
