Therapy‐Induced ECM Remodeling Creates a Transient Immune Barrier in Residual Melanoma

BRAF/MEK inhibition promotes extracellular matrix (ECM) accumulation and remodeling during therapy‐tolerant residual disease, limiting CD8⁺ T cell access to tumor cells.
