2002The paper takes up four points: 1) A previously unnamed intersterility group in Pleurotus (ISG XIII) has been identified as P. albidus, which fruits from Central America to central Argentina. The species is genetically isolated and phylogenetically it is placed in the ‘P. ostreatus’ group of monomitic Pleurotus basidiomata.
