Nonlinear regression and plot size to estimate green beans production
The objectives of this work were to adjust nonlinear regression models for the green beans production and to identify the plot size which provides the best explanation and adjustment to the models. The authors used two field and two protected environment

Is 500m2 an effective plot size to sample floristic diversity for Queensland’s vegetation?
Species area curves from 37 sites spanning the diversity of native vegetation in Queensland were examined. For the majority of sites investigated a 500 m2 plot captured about 80–90% of the vascular plant species present at the time of sampling. Floristic

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

PLOT SIZE IN THE EVALUATION OF PAPAYA SEEDLINGS 'BAIXINHO DE SANTA AMÁLIA' IN TUBES
Were evaluated three characters in papaya seedlings 'Baixinho de Santa Amalia' to estimate the optimum plot size and the number of replications in a completely randomized experiment, a randomized block and Latin square.

RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

Accuracy in the estimates of zucchini production related to the plot size and number of harvests
The productive variability in horticultural crops affects the planning and quality of the experiments, inflating the error and leading to wrong conclusions with low experimental accuracy and reliability.
