Ultrasound‐Actuated Gene Editing in Human Kidney Organoids
Peptide‐stabilized nanoemulsions enable spatially controlled, ultrasound‐triggered delivery of gene‐editing proteins deep within human kidney organoid tissues. Focused acoustic pulses drive droplet vaporization, propelling cargo into target renal cells while preserving native tissue microarchitecture. This non‐viral platform improves both the depth and

Amniotic fluid stem cells from second and third trimester, comparison and potency for regenerative medicine [PDF]
Amniotic Fluid Stem Cells (AFSCs) can be isolated from the amniotic fluid after amniocentesis that pregnant women undergo during the second trimester of pregnancy, this population has already been characterised and share common features between embryonic

MicroRNAs are differentially expressed in cells and regulate multiple biological processes. We have been analyzing comprehensive expression patterns of microRNA in human and mouse embryonic stem and induced pluripotent stem cells. We determined microRNAs

This work establishes a novel method for generating multicellular liver organoids from control and MASH donor iPSCs. The model recapitulates several disease‐specific characteristics, with MASH donor‐derived organoids showing higher susceptibility. Lipidomic profiling of MASH organoids closely resembles MASH liver biopsies.

MicroRNAs play a role in human embryonic stem cell differentiation into endothelial cells [PDF]
PhDThe past recent years have seen a surge of evidence demonstrating the regulation of microRNAs (miRNAs) in a myriad of vascular biology events such as cardiogenesis.

A developmentally inspired bioprinting approach enables the fabrication of pluripotent tissues that undergo shape‐morphing and in situ cardiac lineage specification. This method employs embedded bioprinting to deposit iPSCs within soft granular hydrogels to create pluripotent tissue constructs that undergo cell‐mediated shape morphogenesis.

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) show promise for treating immune‐related disorders through immunomodulation and tissue regeneration. This review gives a brief overview of current clinical approval of MSC therapies. It also discussed how bioengineering, including genetic modification, biomaterial delivery, extracellular vesicles, and iPSC‐derived MSCs,

Using Endogenous MicroRNA Expression Patterns to Visualize Neural Differentiation of Human Pluripotent Stem Cells [Elektronisk resurs] [PDF]
Many existing protocols for neuronal differentiation of human pluripotent cells result in heterogeneous cell populations and unsynchronized differentiation, necessitating the development of methods for labeling specific cell populations. Here we describe
