Exploring Supply Chain Visibility for Circularity: A Delphi Approach

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Circular supply chains (CSCs) depend on enhanced supply chain visibility (SCV) to track and manage resource flows and thereby enable efficient decision‐making. Despite confronting silo mentalities, fragmented information, technological barriers, resistance to change, and a lack of standardization, data sharing remains crucial for SCV and ...

White Spot Syndrome Virus-Induced Shrimp miR-315 Attenuates Prophenoloxidase Activation via PPAE3 Gene Suppression

open access: yesFrontiers in Immunology, 2018
MicroRNAs (miRNAs), the small non-coding RNAs, play a pivotal role in post-transcriptional gene regulation in various cellular processes. However, the miRNA function in shrimp antiviral response is not clearly understood.

Countercation Manipulation Enables Selective Electrochemical CO2‐to‐Formate Conversion Over Bi‐Polyoxometalate‐Derived Catalysts

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
Ba2+ salt of Bi‐incorporated polyoxometalate (POM), Bi4 ([Bi4O(γ‐SiW10O36)2(OAc)]7−), immobilized on a carbon support (Ba‐Bi4/C) functioned as a formate (HCOO−)‐selective catalyst for electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR). The incorporation of Ba2+ and the formation of highly dispersed Bi species were the key factors for Ba‐Bi4/C to achieve ...

Evaluation of the role of project management office (PMO) at P.XYZ based on risk to improve project performance [PDF]

open access: yesManagement Science Letters
The Project Management Office (PMO) has different roles, but if it is concluded that the existence of this PMO will be needed by the project. Factors contributing to project performance include support from the PMO. PMO at PT.

Experimental methods in chemical engineering: Magnetometry

open access: yesThe Canadian Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
Abstract Magnetometry is a non‐invasive technique to characterize the behaviour of magnetic materials of which the most common contain Fe, Co, and Ni. Vibrating sample magnetometers (VSMs) vibrate samples at a fixed frequency in a static, homogeneous magnetic field to induce a voltage in pick up coils according to Faraday's law of induction.

A Co‐Designed Implicit‐Reset Path PFD and Current Mismatch Compensated CP Enabling Sub‐0.5% Mismatch and Dead Zone‐Free for Low‐Spur PLLs

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, EarlyView.
A co‐designed implicit‐reset phase‐frequency detector (PFD) and nonlinear amplifier‐assisted charge pump (CP) achieve dead zone‐free operation from 10 MHz to 4.7 GHz with < 0.5% current mismatch without calibration, enabling −80 dBc of reference spur and 0.50 ps of RMS jitter in a 180 nm of CMOS PLL.

Subthreshold Time‐Mode All‐Digital DLL With Built‐In Linearization

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, EarlyView.
This paper presents a subthreshold time‐mode all‐digital delay‐locked loop (DLL) for low‐frequency clock generation. The large and tunable delay of the DLL is obtained using a static inverter delay line whose supply voltage is in the vicinity of 100 mV and adjustable by varying supply voltage. Phase error is processed by a time‐mode proportional block (

A Current Conveyor Implementation of Double Differential Amplifier for Active Electrodes

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, EarlyView.
A CCII‐based electronic architecture for surface electromyography (sEMG) signal acquisition is presented. Simulations results demonstrate its potential as an effective analog front‐end for biomedical monitoring applications. ABSTRACT This work presents two transistor‐level solutions to implement a double differential (DD) amplifier by using a current ...

PMO Conceptualization for Engineering and Construction Businesses

open access: yesProcedia Computer Science, 2017
Over the last decade many organizations began to recognize that the implementation of Project Management (PM) practices was a necessity rather than an option. In order to improve the success of projects, organizations have been adopting specialized structures (normally called PM Offices or PMOs) that carry out the management of projects in a ...

C‐LENS: An Integrative Process Framework for Managing Governance and Complexity in University–Industry Collaboration

open access: yesKnowledge and Process Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT University–industry collaboration (UIC) often underperforms not because its relevance is unclear, but because collaboration processes are rarely designed to accommodate evolving governance needs amid complexity. Existing studies have examined drivers, barriers, and institutional interfaces, yet process dynamics, governance mechanisms, and ...
