[Pneumolabyrinth and perilymphatic fistula after stapedectomy].
Annales d'oto-laryngologie et de chirurgie cervico faciale : bulletin de la Societe d'oto-laryngologie des hopitaux de Paris, 1991A case of per-surgery discovery of a pneumolabyrinth referred to the oval window is reported. Surgical plugging of the fistula caused the dizziness spells to regress completely, as well as

Pneumolabyrinth as a late sequela of temporal bone fracture.
The American journal of otology, 1989Pneumolabyrinth, air in the labyrinthine system, is an uncommon entity. We report one case, adding to previous reports of two such cases. The diagnosis was made radiologically, which has become possible only recently with the advent of high-resolution computed tomography (CT) scanners; we suspect it will be used more often in the future.

[Pneumolabyrinth. Radiologic sign of perilymph fistula].
HNO, 1996Post-traumatic cochleo-vestibular symptoms can be caused by peri-lymph fistulas, although these cannot be proven preoperatively in most cases by direct clinical examination. A rare case of a traumatic burst fracture of the promotory wall with a consequent perilymph fistula is presented.

Pneumolabyrinth in perilymphatic fistula: report of three cases.
The American journal of otology, 1987In three patients with perilymphatic fistula, exploratory tympanotomy revealed air bubbles emerging through the ruptured round window membrane. Review of the literature disclosed three case reports in which air was demonstrated in the labyrinth in association with perilymphatic fistula. Experimental evidence that air could enter the labyrinth through a
