The aims of this study were to investigate the expression and role of PDPN in NPC cells.Materials and Methods. We describe the successful transoral robotic resection of a parapharyngeal FDCS associated with Castleman disease, highlighting the role of the robotic approach in achieving tissue diagnosis and definitive treatment.
