Entanglement generation and scaling from noisy quenches across a quantum critical point
We study the impact of noise on the dynamics of entanglement in the transverse-field Ising chain, with the field quenched linearly across one or both of the quantum critical points of the model.

In the field of pattern recognition, clustering groups the data into different clusters on the basis of similarity among them. Many a time, the similarity level between data points is derived through a distance measure; so, a number of clustering ...

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

The European Commission as a Constraint on its own Antitrust Policy [PDF]
Although the legal and the political-scientific literatures on European competition policy (‘ECP’) are vast, there is no work that goes beyond the rationalization of stylized historical and/or legal facts. This approach may be justified on grounds of the

Spin- 1/2 heisenberg ladder: variation of entanglement and fidelity measures close to quantum critical points [PDF]
We consider a two-chain, spin-1/2 antiferromagnetic Heisenberg spin ladder in an external magnetic field H. The spin ladder is known to undergo second-order quantum phase transitions (QPTs) at two critical values Hc1 and Hc2 of the magnetic field.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Impacts of exceptional points and phase angle on the entanglement dynamics of two-qubit open quantum system [PDF]
This study investigates the dynamics of two-qubit systems in open quantum environments, with a focus on the influence of exceptional points (EPs) and phase angle on entanglement dynamics.

[eng] The gap between American and European growth rates vanishes. But there is little evidence that the old countries can go ahead in the near future. During the past three years American investors have done a lot.
