Changes in Arsenic Speciation in Wild Edible Fungi after Different Cooking Processes and Gastrointestinal Digestion

open access: yesMolecules, 2023
Arsenic (As) is enriched in wild edible fungi, which is one of the main important sources of As in humans’ diet. In this study, two wild edible fungi were employed for investigation: (1) Pleurotus citrinopileatusone, which contains a high content of ...

Hybrid Auxetic Architectures: Integrating Curvature‐Driven Design for Enhanced Mechanical Tunability and Structural Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Curvature‐tuned auxetic lattices are designed, fabricated, and mechanically characterized to reveal how geometric curvature governs stretchability, stress redistribution, and Poisson's ratio evolution. Photoelastic experiments visualize stress pathways, while hyperelastic simulations quantify deformation mechanics.

The role of four ERS-related key genes in sepsis induced organ dysfunction and the forewarning model construction

open access: yesBMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making
Bakground Sepsis/septic shock frequently occurred as a lethal complication in the intensive care unit. Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) leading to the disturbance of cellular proteostasis played an important role in the sepsis-induced multiple organ ...
