The eradication of polio in Bhutan in the context of global polio eradication
Bhutan Health Journal, 2019 Bhutan has made tremendous health gains in public health, particularly in vaccine-preventable diseases. Polio was eradicated two years ahead of the launch of the Global Polio Eradication Initiative and only 12 years after the introduction of oral polio vaccination nationwide.

Philosophical Perspectives, EarlyView.ABSTRACT I argue that wartime military conscription can be justified only if potential conscripts have duties to enlist, or duties to participate in an enlistment lottery, that conscription forces them to discharge. I explore whether our interpersonal duties to rescue can ground a duty to enlist.
