Thermal degradation of poly(n-butyl methacrylate), poly(n-butyl acrylate) and poly(t-butyl acrylate)
Journal of Analytical and Applied Pyrolysis, 2013Abstract Direct pyrolysis mass spectrometry findings revealed that thermal decompositions of poly(n-butyl methacrylate), PnBMA, poly(n-butyl acrylate), PnBA, and poly(t-butyl acrylate), PtBA, follow different decomposition pathways. Among these polymers thermal degradation via depolymerization is only major decomposition routes for PnBMA.

Gas sorption and transport in poly(tertiary-butyl methacrylate)
Polymer, 1997Abstract Gas sorption and transport properties of poly(tertiary-butyl methacrylate) (PtBMA) have been measured at 35°C and are compared with prior results for poly(methyl acrylate) (PMA), poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), and poly(ethyl methacrylate) (PEMA).
