A Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD) mechanochemical approach was used to prepare a marketed sweetener from a biomass derivative used in flavoring industry. A personal care ingredient was also synthesized. The study also evaluated and compared the reactivity in of polymeric jars with that in of common conventional stainless steel or and zirconium ...

Application of dynamic acylhydrazones to achieve CANs with shape‐memory properties. ABSTRACT Covalent adaptable networks (CANs) are based on reversible crosslinks, which are present within the polymer network structure. Due to these reversible moieties, CANs feature interesting properties/abilities such as self‐healing after damage, shape‐memory ...

Triblock Polymer Engineering Enables Hydration‐Rich, High‐Performance, Fouling‐Resistant Interfaces
A molecularly engineered triblock polymer (PHZ) rapidly reorganizes into a hydration‐rich interfacial layer on diverse surfaces, strongly suppressing hydrophobic attraction and fouling. The triblock polymer provides robust energy and steric barriers to oily foulants, enabling high‐performance antifouling at ultralow dosage.
