Spatial configurations of polynucleotide chains. III. Polydeoxyribonucleotides
Biopolymers, 1972AbstractThe virtual bond scheme set forth in preceding papers for treating the average properties of polyriboadenylic acid (poly rA) is here applied to the calculation of the unperturbed mean‐square end‐to‐end distance of polydeoxyriboadenylic acid (poly dA).

Journal of Molecular Biology, 1970
Absorbance-temperature transition, analytical buoyant density, and circular dichroism studies are reported on a variety of high molecular weight doublestranded DNA polymers containing defined repeating nucleotide sequences. These studies provide further evidence that the structure of a DNA is dictated by its primary nucleotide sequence.

Thin-layer chromatography of synthetic polydeoxyribonucleotides. Part III
Analytical Biochemistry, 1972Abstract Thin-layer chromatography on Avicel-cellulose plates has been developed for (i) efficient and easy fractionation of complex chemical reaction mixture such as polymerized thymidine 5′-phosphate, (ii) characterization of oligonucleotides, (iii) in situ quantitative analysis by reflectant spectrophotometry, (iv) in situ characterization of ...

The analysis of polydeoxyribonucleotides by digestion with phosphatase and phosphodiesterases
Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Nucleic Acids and Protein Synthesis, 1973Abstract The characterization of a polynucleotide with respect to its chain length, base composition, identity of its terminal nucleotides, and other sequence aspects may be achieved by observing the products resulting from the successive treatment of the polymer with Escherichia coli alkaline phosphatase and snake venom or spleen phosphodiesterase.

Rates of heat-induced pyrimidine alterations in synthetic polydeoxyribonucleotides
Chemico-Biological Interactions, 1986Hydrolytic damages to DNA can occur at physiological conditions. The possible role of DNA conformation on the distribution of such alterations of pyrimidines was investigated. Model compounds used were the synthetic alternating copolymer poly(dG-dC):poly(dG-dC) and the homopolymer poly(dG):poly(dC).

Multifunctional alginate/polydeoxyribonucleotide hydrogels for promoting diabetic wound healing
International Journal of Biological MacromoleculesA multifunctional alginate/PDRN hydrogel system by ionic crosslinking and the Schiff base reaction between oxidized alginate (OA) and PDRN was developed in the present study. Biocompatibility assessment of the PDRN-loaded OA hydrogels showed a significant enhancement in cell viability in human dermal fibroblast (HDF) cells.

Polydeoxyribonucleotides – the future of regenerative medicine
Aesthetic Cosmetology and MedicinePolydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRN) are fragments of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) obtained from fish sperm. They have the ability to stimulate angiogenesis, i.e., the formation of new blood vessels. The article aimed to present the current state of knowledge of the potential use of PDRN in regenerative and aesthetic medicine. Their mechanisms of action were
