Tuning Mechanoreceptor Signaling Enhances the Adjuvant Effect of Biomaterial Vaccines
Matrix stiffness serves as an independent immunological signal in biomaterial vaccines. Stiffer microporous hydrogel vaccines enhance dendritic cell maturation and migration to draining lymph nodes, promote T follicular helper cell expansion through Yap/Taz signaling, and increase antigen‐specific antibody production.

Acidic Solvolysis of Softwood in Recycled Polyethylene Glycol System
The acidic solvolysis of lignocellulose using a glycol solvent such as polyethylene glycol (PEG) is a promising process for separating its components and producing a valuable lignin product that can be used as thermoplastic and fusible materials.

Molecular rotors are fluorescent molecules that are sensitive to viscosity and temperature variations in the environment. They exhibit a direct correlation between fluorescence and viscosity within Newtonian fluids. However, this correlation becomes less straightforward in complex systems.

The application of polyethylene glycol (PEG) to electron microscopy. [PDF]
The cytoplasm of cells from a variety of tissues has been viewed in sections (0.25-1 micrometers) devoid of any embedding resin. Glutaraldehyde- and osmium tetroxide-fixed tissues were infiltrated and embedded in a water-miscible wax, polyethylene glycol (PEG), and subsequently sectioned on dry glass or diamond knives.

A thermo‐responsive poly(2‐oxazoline)‐based injectable formulation is developed to modulate intraocular pressure (IOP) in both normal and hypotonic eyes. By adjusting the PEG content, the aggregation behavior is finely tuned, enabling IOP elevation without long‐term deposition.

Nanomaterial Strategies for Pulmonary Delivery of Immunotherapeutics in Lung Cancer Treatment
Inhalable immunotherapeutic nanomedicines enable organ‐selective immune modulation by overcoming pulmonary delivery barriers and concentrating therapy within lung tumors. This Review defines how nanomaterial properties govern airway deposition, retention, cellular partitioning, and immune activation across vaccines, checkpoint blockade, STING agonists,

Bacteria‐Responsive Nanostructured Drug Delivery Systems for Targeted Antimicrobial Therapy
Bacteria‐responsive nanocarriers are designed to release antimicrobials only in the presence of infection‐specific cues. This selective activation ensures drug release precisely at the site of infection, avoiding premature or indiscriminate release, and enhancing efficacy.

Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy in Bionanotechnology: Current Advances and Future Perspectives
Kelvin probe force microscopy (KPFM) enables the nanoscale mapping of electrostatic surface potentials. While widely applied in materials science, its use in biological systems remains emerging. This review presents recent advances in KPFM applied to biological samples and provides a critical perspective on current limitations and future directions for

Effect of gangliosides on structure and integrity of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-stabilized liposomes
The in vivo efficacy and tolerance of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-decorated drug nanocarriers, such as liposomes, is compromised bytheir tendency to induce the generation of PEG-specific immunoglobulin M (IgM) antibodies. Recently, a number of independent studies have reported on an attenuated anti-PEG immune response upon incorporation of gangliosides ...
