Polymeric Micelle Characterization and Stability for Drug Delivery Systems

open access: yes, 2017
: The current methods of drug delivery prove to have inefficiencies as far as drug administration to the target site. Due to adverse factors that the drug faces within the body, it can be broken down before the therapeutic can be applied.

Harnessing Native Al/Si Impurities in Bamboo Black Liquor for Self‐Templated Closed‐Pore Hard Carbon Anodes

open access: yesCarbon Energy, EarlyView.
A scalable strategy utilizing native impurities in bamboo lignin black liquor is proposed to construct a closed‐pore, rich hard carbon. Controlled impurity removal and high‐temperature reconstruction enable the conversion of open pores into abundant closed pores, thereby promoting sodium cluster storage.

Protein–Anthocyanin Interactions in Food Systems: A Reaction‐Network Perspective on Equilibria, Kinetics, and Degradation Pathways

open access: yesChemFoodChem, EarlyView.
Protein–anthocyanin interactions are reinterpreted beyond binding affinity through a reaction‐network perspective. Distinct protein classes modulate anthocyanin behavior through equilibrium shifts, matrix‐driven protection, self‐assembly, or covalent conjugation.
