Abstract Tomato processing waste, particularly peel and pomace, is a sustainable and low‐cost source of lycopene‐rich food biomolecules. Lycopene, a lipophilic carotenoid with an extended conjugated structure, provides intense red colour, antioxidant potential and functional value to tomato‐derived ingredients.

In Vitro Raman Spectroscopic Characterization of Docetaxel‐Loaded Polymeric Nanoparticles
The chemotherapeutic drug docetaxel(DTX) is nanoformulated using Soluplus, Soluplus–TPGS, and Pluronic micelles and characterized by label‐free in vitro FT‐Raman spectroscopy. This review highlights recent advances in mitochondria‐targeted nanomedicine for cancer therapy. It summarizes key targeting strategies and delineates four principal therapeutic mechanisms: oxidative stress–induced mitochondrial dysfunction, disruption of energy metabolism, direct mitochondrial damage, and induction of immunogenic cell death.
