Polaronic and Electrochemical Signatures in Group IVB (Ti, Zr, Hf) Oxides: Unified SKP–DFT Insights for Tunable Transport in Energy and Electronic Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Charge carrier concentration and mobility in TiO2, ZrO2, and HfO2 powder films are experimentally mapped as a function of temperature. The results uncover polaron‐mediated transport regimes and field‐activated conduction, enabling the design of oxide‐based electronic and energy devices with thermally tunable functionality.

Extensive nrDNA Polymorphism in Morus L. and Its Application

open access: yesPlants
The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) is one of the most extensively utilized in the taxonomy of the genus Morus due to its generally concerted evolution. Although non-concerted evolution of nuclear ribosomal DNA (nrDNA) has been reported in some species,

Additive‐Driven Phase Control for Stable and Efficient CsPbI₃ Solar Cells Via Ambient Low‐Temperature Processing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
CsPbI₃ perovskite solar cells face stability issues due to high annealing temperatures and moisture. Butylammonium acetate (BAAc) enables stable phase formation at 160°C in ambient laboratory conditions, enhancing efficiency and stability, achieving 18.6% PCE, and maintaining over 81% efficiency after 1,000 hours of maximum power point tracking under 1

The evaluation of efficiency of the impact of vitamin D and remineralizing toothpaste on the structure of the dental enamel in the individuals with homozygous polymorphism in the gene, encoding the intracellular vitamin D receptor (VDR)

open access: yesКлиническая практика
BACKGROUND: Only a few literature sources data show the relation of the VDR gene polymorphism and the susceptibility to developing dental caries. Within this context, investigating the structure of the dental enamel and the changes of its resistance ...

Single‐Step Synthesis of In‐plane 1T'‐2H Heterophase MoTe2 for Low‐Resistance Contacts

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A single‐step CVD method is developed to synthesize seamless in‐plane 1T'‐2H MoTe2 heterophase junctions with precise phase control and uniform large‐area coverage. The resulting transistors, incorporating 1T' MoTe2 contacts and 2H MoTe2 channels, exhibit ultralow contact resistance, offering a scalable solution to the long‐standing challenge of ...

On‐Surface Indigo‐Based Bimolecular Coordination Networks with Programmable Regular or Vitreous Structure

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A previously unreported coordination motif stabilising single Fe atoms by indigo chelation and pyridyl coordination on Au(111) has been revealed. By using planar tritopic pyridyl linkers (TPyB), extended 2D porous networks of indigo3(TPyB)2Fe6 form. These networks can be crystalline or vitreous and offer an environment where individual coordination ...
