Bottom‐Up Programming of Cell States in Cancer Organoids with Defined Synthetic Adhesion Cues

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A bottom‐up biomaterial platform is developed to program transcriptomic states in pancreatic cancer organoids by tuning adhesion cues within synthetic matrices. By combining a Design of Experiments framework with multiobjective optimization, matrix compositions are identified that enrich specific cellular programs like EMT.

Family of quadratic differential systems with invariant hyperbolas:a complete classification in the space R^12

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2016
In this article we consider the class QS of all non-degenerate quadratic systems. A quadratic polynomial differential system can be identified with a single point of R^{12} through its coefficients.

Superconformal anomalies from superconformal Chern-Simons polynomials

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We consider the 4-dimensional N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 Lie superconformal algebra and search for completely “symmetric” (in the graded sense) 3-index invariant tensors. The solution we find is unique and we show that the corresponding invariant polynomial

Universal Conductance Fluctuations in Quantum Anomalous Hall Insulators

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Universal conductance fluctuations are observed in mesoscopic quantum anomalous Hall insulators. Two distinct fluctuation patterns are identified, arising from different interference processes of bulk and chiral edge states, respectively. These findings unveil rich quantum interference phenomena in quantum anomalous Hall insulators and provide insights

POLYNOMIAL INVARIANTS OF PERIODIC KNOTS

open access: yesJournal of Knot Theory and Its Ramifications, 1996
We give a new criterion for the periodicity of knots combining the skein and Kauffman polynomials which extends the old results using the polynomials individually.

A Self‐Healing Magnetoelectric Sensor with Pain Sensing for Underwater Soft Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This study introduces a self‐healing magnetoelectric sensory system designed for amphibious soft electronics. By utilizing liquid‐metal conductors and self‐healing elastomers, the system enables autonomous recovery from mechanical damage. Its multilayered architecture features dual self‐powered proximity and tactile sensing alongside pain sensing in ...

Linearizability conditions for 1:-5 Lotka-Volterra two-dimensional complex quartic systems

open access: yes上海师范大学学报. 自然科学版, 2017
In this paper we investigate the linearizability problem for the planar Lotka-Volterra complex quartic systems which are 1:-5 linear systems perturbed by homogeneous polynomials of degree 4, that is to say, we consider systems of the form ẋ = x(1 ...

Resistance to Overdoping Allows Over 2000 S cm−1 Conductivity in P(g3BTTT) With Anion‐Exchange Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Anion‐exchange doping of conjugated polymers is an effective way to achieve high conductivities. Here, we report over 2000 S cm−1 electrical conductivity for doped P(g3BTTT). In addition, we show that P(g3BTTT) sustains exceptionally high doping levels without any drop in the charge mobility.

Invariant Regions and Global Existence of Solutions for Reaction-Diffusion Systems with a Tridiagonal Matrix of Diffusion Coefficients and Nonhomogeneous Boundary Conditions

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2007
The purpose of this paper is the construction of invariant regions in which we establish the global existence of solutions for reaction-diffusion systems (three equations) with a tridiagonal matrix of diffusion coefficients and with nonhomogeneous ...

AI–Guided 4D Printing of Carnivorous Plants–Inspired Microneedles for Accelerated Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents an artificial intelligence (AI)‐guided 4D‐printed microneedle platform inspired by carnivorous plants for wound healing. A thermo‐responsive shape memory polymer enables body temperature–triggered self‐coiling for autonomous wound closure.
