This study combines full‐field tomography with diffraction mapping to quantify radial (ε002$\varepsilon _{002}$) and axial (ε100$\varepsilon _{100}$) lattice strain in wrinkled carbon‐fiber specimens for the first time. Radial microstrain gradients (−14.5 µεMPa$\varepsilon \mathrm{MPa}$−1) are found to signal damage‐prone zones ahead of failure, which ...

Phase Diagrams and Piezoelectric Properties of Wurtzite Al1−x−yScxGdyN Heterostructural Alloys
This study demonstrates ferroelectricity and piezoelectric properties improvement of quaternary wurtzite Al1−x−yScxGdyN${\rm Al}_{1-x-y}{\rm Sc}_x{\rm Gd}_y{\rm N}$ films, guided by density functional theory calculations. Wurtzite Al1−x−yScxGdyN${\rm Al}_{1-x-y}{\rm Sc}_x{\rm Gd}_y{\rm N}$ films have a high optical bandgap, enhanced piezoelectric ...

Using the Euler-Jacobi formula we obtain an algebraic relation between the singular points of a polynomial vector field and their topological indices. Using this formula we obtain the configuration of the singular points together with their topological indices for the planar cubic polynomial differential systems when these systems have nine finite ...

Periodic solutions for certain systems of planar complex polynomial equations
The author deals with the existence of T-periodic solutions to the T-periodic system of complex planar equations \(u'=p_{1}(t,u,v)\), \(v'=p_{2}(t,u,v),\) where \(p_{1}\) and \(p_{2}\) are second-order polynomial whose coefficients are T-periodic continuous functions from \(\mathcal C\).

The crystalline structure, the atomic numbers of the constituent elementsand the size of MOF crystals each influence their photoluminescence and scintillation properties in distinct ways. Together, these factors provide valuable guidelines for designing systems with optimized performance and tunable timing characteristics, arising from the synergistic ...

An exciting Approach to Theoretical Spectroscopy
ABSTRACT Theoretical spectroscopy, and more generally, electronic‐structure theory, are powerful concepts for describing the complex many‐body interactions in materials. They cover methods from ground‐state properties to lattice excitations and light‐matter interaction, including time‐resolved variants.

Planar quasi-homogeneous polynomial differential systems and their integrability
Abstract In this paper we study the quasi-homogeneous polynomial differential systems and provide an algorithm for obtaining all these systems with a given degree. Using this algorithm we obtain all quasi-homogeneous vector fields of degree 2 and 3. The quasi-homogeneous polynomial differential systems are Liouvillian integrable.
