Sesquiterpene polyol esters from Celastrus rosthornianus
Phytochemistry, 1991Abstract A new β-dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene polyol ester has been isolated from the root bark of Celastrus rosthornianus . Its structure was elucidated, on the basis of 1H NMR, 13C NMR, NOE, IR and high resolution mass spectrometry, as 1β-acetoxy-8β,9α-dibenzoyloxy-4α,6α-dihydroxy-2β (α-methylbutanoyloxy)-β-dihydroagarofuran. The long-range

Insecticidal sesquiterpene polyol esters from Celastrus angulatus
Phytochemistry, 2001Three insecticidal sesquiterpene polyol esters were isolated from the root bark of Celastrus angulatus by bioassay-guided fractionation. Their chemical structures were elucidated as 1 alpha,2 alpha-diacetoxy-8 beta-isobutanoyloxy- 9 alpha-benzoyloxy-13-(alpha-methyl)butanoyloxy-4 beta, 6 beta-dihydroxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (1), 1 alpha,2 alpha ...

Sesquiterpene polyol esters from Celastrus angulatus
Phytochemistry, 1992Abstract Three new sesquiterpene polyol esters were isolated from the seed oil of Celastrus angulatus. Their structures were elucidated, on the basis of mass and NMR spectrometry, as 6α-acetoxy-1β,8β,9β-tribenzoyloxy-β-dihydroagarofuran,1β,8β,13-triacetoxy-9β-benzoyloxy-β-dihydroagarofuran and 1β,8α,13-triacetoxy-9p-benzoyloxy-β-dihydroagarofuran.

Three new sesquiterpene polyol esters from Celastrus angulatus
Journal of Asian Natural Products Research, 2021Three new sesquiterpene polyol ester compounds angulatins S-U, together with three known compounds were isolated from Celastrus angulatus Maxim. According to mainly 1D NMR and 2D NMR analysis, the structures of the new compounds were completely determined as angulatin S (1β-furoyloxy-2β,8α-diisobutanoyloxy-9β-benzoyloxy-15-acetoxy-4α,6α-dihydroxy-β ...

Polyol Esters of 3-Butenoic Acid.
Journal of Chemical & Engineering Data, 1963(3) (3, 4 ) . The pure carbonate was observed to undergo rapid decomposition to C02 , 2-cyclopentenol, and cyclopentadiene a t about 100°C. Epoxidation was effected by (4) treatment with peracetic acid in ethyl acetate (1) to yield a new diepoxy carbonate, bis(2,3-epoxycyclopentyl) carbonate.
