Concept Analysis of Positive Psychological Capital
Purpose: This study was done to clarify the concept analysis of positive psychological capital. Methods: Walker and Avant"s concept analysis process was used in this study. CINAHL, ProQuest, Web of science, NDSL, RISS databases from 2004 to 2016 were searched using the keywords ‘Positive psychological capital" and ‘PsyCap".
