Friction‐Assisted Liquid Metal‐Driven Anchoring of Low Redox Potential Metal Ions for Enhanced Electromagnetic Wave Absorption

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Friction‐assisted liquid metal resolves the thermodynamic‐kinetic dilemma of low reduction potential (LRP) ions through shear‐induced electron generation, enabling efficient LRP reduction/anchoring while suppressing parasitic reactions. This approach synthesizes InGaZn5O8 crystals with unique electronic configurations, achieving a 5.92 GHz effective ...

Novel Role of Gut‐Derived Roseburia Intestinalis in Safeguarding Intestinal Barrier Integrity and Microenvironment Homeostasis During Arsenic Exposure

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Arsenic exposure disrupts intestinal barriers and gut microenvironment. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) alleviates arsenic‐induced damage, with gut‐derived Roseburia intestinalis (R.i) identified as a key protective strain. R.i administration counters arsenic toxicity through immunomodulatory pathways and metabolites.

Decreased RYR2 Cluster Size and Abnormal SR Ca2+ Release Contribute to Arrhythmogenesis in TMEM43‐Related ARVC

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The TMEM43 ‐ P386S mutation causes arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) by mislocalizing itself from nuclear envelope (NE) to cytoplasm, disrupting lamin B2 (a novel TMEM43 interactor) localization, NE integrity and chromatin accessibility, causing hyper ‐ phosphorylation and reduced expression/clustering of ryanodine receptor type 2 (

Ultra‐Robust Conductive Hydrogels Enabled by a Gradient Bond‐Breaking Pseudo‐Drying Strategy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bioinspired PVA‐ANFs hydrogel, engineered via novel gradient bond‐breaking, achieves unprecedented mechanical performance: ultrahigh strength (≈18 MPa), modulus (≈12 MPa), toughness (≈74 MJ/m3), and record fracture energy (≈269 kJ m−2). It exhibits cryogenic flexibility (−70°C), high ionic conductivity (936.3 mS m−1), and biocompatibility.

Neuronal Endothelin a Receptor Mediates Experimental and Clinical Vascular Pain through an Endothelial‐Neural Axis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The authors develop mouse models by mimicking peripheral vascular diseases, combining multiple strategies and transgenic mouse lines, to demonstrate that ECs, but not macrophages or SMCs, play an active role mediated by endothelial ET‐1/neural ETAR signaling and beyond endothelial homeostatic angiocrine by driving protective pain through the ...

Autophagy‐Targeting Fe–Cu Nanozyme for Tumor Immune Microenvironment Remodeling and Image‐Guided Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, a multifunctional iron‐copper metal–organic framework nanozyme platform co‐delivering chloroquine and perfluorohexane is engineered to circumvent tumor immune evasion by disrupting autophagic flux and restoring major histocompatibility complex class I presentation. This dual‐action nanoplatform orchestrates synergistic autophagy blockade

Enhancing Interlayer Bonding in DLP‐Printed Piezoelectric Ceramics via Controlled Secondary Curing for High Piezoelectric Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces an interfacial secondary curing strategy to overcome interlayer delamination in DLP‐printed PZT ceramics. Precise exposure time modulation enhances interfacial bonding via unsaturated bond conversion and stress control. Printed components exhibit a high piezoelectric coefficient (d33 = 516 pC·N−1) and exceptional sensing ...

A Dual‐Target Recognition System Based on Acid‐Degradable Ni‐MOF and Aptamer Guidance for Precise Tumor Diagnosis and Combined Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work reports a Ni‐doped ZIF‐8 nanoplatform co‐encapsulating glucose oxidase and horseradish peroxidase, enabling a cascade catalytic reaction that produces hydroxyl radicals from endogenous glucose and hydrogen peroxide. Upon near‐infrared irradiation, the system simultaneously achieves photothermal and chemodynamic therapy, offering an effective ...
