The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Simulating non-completely positive actions via exponentiation of Hermitian-preserving maps
Legitimate quantum operations must adhere to principles of quantum mechanics, particularly the requirements of complete positivity and trace preservation.

Positivity and Green\u27s operators
It is well known that positive Green\u27s operators are not necessarily positivity preserving. In this paper we investigate the matter of just how far from being positivity preserving a positive Green\u27s operator can be.

Positivity and the attractor dimension in a fourth-order reaction-diffusion equation
In this paper we investigate the semilinear partial differential equation ut = -fuxxxx - uxx + u(1 - u2) with a view, particularly, to obtaining some insight into how one might establish positivity preservation results for equations containing fourth ...

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

In this talk, we aim to analyze a modified SIR (Susceptible-Infected-Recovered) model with contact matrix. Theoretical results concerning the positivity of the analytical solution, the conservation of the total population, and the stability of the ...

Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.

KIF26B plays an important role in kidney development. We engineered mice lacking the C‐terminal region of KIF26B and found severe kidney defects, including bilateral renal agenesis, similar to full Kif26b knockout mice. The mutation disrupted nephron progenitor condensation and reduced Gdnf‐Wnt11 signaling, showing that the KIF26B C‐terminal region is ...
