Background Fibronectin glomerulopathy (FNG) is a rare autosomal dominant glomerulopathy that can lead to nephrotic syndrome. Here we report the case of an elderly patient diagnosed with FNG, exhibiting nephrotic-range proteinuria, with a 2-year follow-up.

$$L^p_{loc}$$ Positivity Preservation and Liouville-Type Theorems
International audienceAbstract On a complete Riemannian manifold ( M , g ), we consider $$L^{p}_{loc}$$ L loc p distributional solutions of the differential inequality $$-\Delta u + \lambda u \ge 0$$ - Δ u + λ u ≥ 0 with $$\lambda >0$$ λ > 0 a ...

In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

On positivity preservers with constant coefficients and their generators
In this work we study positivity preservers $T:\mathbb{R}[x_1,\dots,x_n]\to\mathbb{R}[x_1,\dots,x_n]$ with constant coefficients and define their generators $A$ if they exist, i.e., $\exp(A) = T$. We use the theory of regular Fréchet Lie groups to show the first main result.

Positivity properties of the vector bundle Monge-Ampère equation
We study MA-positivity, a notion of positivity relevant to a vector bundle version of the complex Monge--Ampère equation introduced in an earlier work, and show that for rank-two holomorphic bundles over complex surfaces, MA-semi-positive solutions of ...
