IS NO DRAMA QUANTUM THEORY POSSIBLE? [PDF]
The matter field can be naturally eliminated from the equations of the Klein-Gordon-Maxwell electrodynamics in the unitary gauge. The resulting equations describe independent dynamics of the electromagnetic field: if components of the 4-potential of the electromagnetic field and their first derivatives with respect to time are known in the entire ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Lattice and Continuum Theories
We investigate path integral formalism for continuum theory. It is shown that the path integral for the soft modes can be represented in the form of a lattice theory.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

A possible theory of weak interactions [PDF]
Abstract A discussion is given of some of the recent experimental results in β-decay, and a possible theory of weak interactions is presented which is able to reproduce most of the results of the two-component theory but allows for the simultaneous presence of S and V in β-interaction without violating time reversal.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

The Efficiency Evaluation of DEA Model Incorporating Improved Possibility Theory
The data envelopment analysis (DEA) models have been widely recognized and applied in various fields. However, these models have limitations, such as their inability to globally rank DMUs, the efficiency values are definite numerical values, they are ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.
