Laser post processing of deposited graphene patterns

ICALEO 2014: 33nd International Congress on Laser Materials Processing, Laser Microprocessing and Nanomanufacturing, 2014
A wide potential application range of graphene from super capacitors and transparent conductors to antennas, has made it a prominent competitor over traditional metallic elements and carbon nanotubes (CNTs). Ink-based printing processes are of the most favorable fabrication processes for printed electronics.

Post-deposition high temperature processing of silicon nitride

Thin Solid Films, 1983
Abstract Hydrogen, which is normally incorporated in silicon nitride in the form of Si-H and N-H bonds, is lost by trap-limited diffusion during high temperature post-deposition processing. Hydrogen loss occurs from films prepared by both atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition and low pressure chemical vapor deposition, and such loss appears ...

Direct laser deposition within post process machining characterization

ICALEO 2009: 28th International Congress on Laser Materials Processing, Laser Microprocessing and Nanomanufacturing, 2009
Industry applications of Direct Laser Deposition (DLD) technique grows from year to year. However, progress is limited by applications area, because most of the deposited layer still requires a post machining process (2-step). Machining can be done at the same laser workstation saving machining time. However, the laser optics are very sensitive to dust,

Post processing of microstructures by PDMS spray deposition

Sensors and Actuators A: Physical, 2009
Abstract A method of depositing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) onto microfabricated surfaces by spray coating is presented. Low-viscosity PDMS combinations suitable for spraying are developed by mixing Dow Corning Sylgard 184 with 200 Fluid 20 cSt, and also by dilution with hexane.
