Ultrasound‐Actuated Gene Editing in Human Kidney Organoids

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Peptide‐stabilized nanoemulsions enable spatially controlled, ultrasound‐triggered delivery of gene‐editing proteins deep within human kidney organoid tissues. Focused acoustic pulses drive droplet vaporization, propelling cargo into target renal cells while preserving native tissue microarchitecture. This non‐viral platform improves both the depth and

The effect of treatment of tubers with Chlorprofam on the keeping quality, biochemical parameters and suitability of potatoes for processing

open access: yesОвощи России
Relevance. Potatoes are not only the most useful food product, both in its raw form and in its processed products, but they are also valuable technical raw materials, and therefore there is a need to increase the shelf life of tubers and preserve their ...

Understanding potato seed degeneration, Ecuador. Project profile.

open access: yes, 2019
The food security of Andean small-scale potato farmers is dependent on the quality of their planting materials. Potatoes are susceptible to pathogen and pest accumulation in seed tubers over successive cycles of vegetative propagation, leading to seed ...

Comparative Oligo‐FISH Mapping Illuminates Chromosomal Evolution Among Rutaceae Species Diverged Over 50 Million Years

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Oligonucleotide‐based fluorescence in situ hybridization probes were developed in the model citrus species Citrus maxima. These probes were applied to comparative karyotyping across 14 species in the Rutaceae family. This analysis revealed chromosomal evolution in lineages that diverged from Citrus nearly 52 million years ago.

FGL2‐HDAC11 Drives Immunothrombosis via NETs‐Mediated Endothelial Capillarization in MASLD Fibrosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Metabolic dysfunction–associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is frequently accompanied by hepatic fibrosis and systemic cardiovascular complications; however, the mechanistic interplay between coagulation abnormalities and disease progression remains poorly defined.
