This study reveals the molecular mechanism by which the transcription factor FgSge1 regulates mycotoxin biosynthesis and virulence in Fusarium graminearum. FgSge1 binds to the TAARGTTT cis‐element, enabling self‐activation. It recruits the SAGA complex, promotes histone acetylation, and facilitates jet‐like chromatin remodeling, thereby activating ...

We examine qubit states under symmetric informationally-complete measurements, representing state vectors as probability 4-vectors within a 3-simplex in $bb(R)^4$. Using geometric transformations, this 3-simplex is mapped to a tetrahedron in $bb(R)^3$. A specific surface within this tetrahedron allows for the separation of probability vectors into two ...

Bioinspired Morphology‐Decoupled Soft Gripper with Enhanced Bidirectional Grasping Capability
Inspired by biological predation, a novel gripper decouples cross‐modal grasping via dual morphological configurations. Synergistically integrating hybrid rigid and soft coupled fingers with a metamaterial palm, the system performs active compliant grasping for static objects and passive cage capture for dynamic targets.

Acrylamide: Increased concentrations in homemade food and first evidence of its variable absorption from food, variable metabolism and placental and breast milk transfer in humans [PDF]
We have developed a liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) assay to determine acrylamide in various body fluids. The assay also allows the reliable quantitation of acrylamide in food. In a total of 11 healthy male and female subjects, we were
