Pott's Disease (Tuberculous Spondylitis)
Pott's disease is a vertebral infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Indolent nature and subacute course are associated with late diagnosis. A clinical case is presented whose diagnosis was delayed by atypical presentation with progressive worsening of symptoms.

Metastatic tuberculous chest wall and massive psoas abscesses in an immunocompetent patient
Extrapulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is rare in immunocompetent healthy adults. TB of the chest wall accounts for 1%–5% of all cases of musculoskeletal TB. Psoas abscess can be either primary or secondary to diseases like Pott's spine.
