A Survey of Interlayer Interaction Models for Graphene and Other 2D Materials
Van der Waals interactions arising from electronic polarization at atomically close interfaces generate corrugated interlayer energy landscapes that govern normal and tangential tractions. This review presents an overview of quantum, atomistic, analytical, and continuum modeling approaches, highlighting their roles across length scales in capturing ...

Effect of power frequency harmonics on magnetic field measurements
Radiation and Environmental Biophysics, 2000This paper presents a study of the effect of harmonic frequencies on magnetic field measurements. We introduced magnetic field meters in a known magnetic field of different frequencies: power frequency (50 Hz) as well as 3rd (150 Hz) and 5th (250 Hz) harmonic frequencies. Two magnetic field levels (0.25 A and 2.5 A) were used.

Generation of reference electric and magnetic fields for calibration of power-frequency field meters
IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, 1993Improvements in the accuracy of power-frequency electric and magnetic field measurements require adequately calibrated instruments. The systems for the generation of reference electric and magnetic fields set up at the Istituto Elettrotecnico Nazionale 'Galileo Ferraris' (IEN) are described.
