テレビ・FM放送機は, kWクラスまで全固体化が進んできた.これらの放送機の終段に用いる電力合成器として, 搬送波の高調波成分を除去する機能を有する合成器を考案した.本合成器を用いれば, 高周波フィルターは不要であり, 放送機の出力回路が小型になる利点がある.実際に, FMlkW放送機用の4合成器を製作し, 良好な特性を得た.
