Short-Term Power Load Forecasting Based on Cross Multi-Model and Second Decision Mechanism

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
Short-term load forecasting (STLF) plays a vital role in the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of power systems. Since electric load variation results from diverse factors, accurate and stable load forecasting remains a challenging task.

Detection of circulating tumor DNA in colorectal cancer patients using a methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.

Power Load Forecasting using Back Propagation Algorithm

open access: yesInternational Journal of Innovative Technology and Exploring Engineering, 2019
The day today operation and scheduling activities of a power generation unit requires the forecast of power demand to meet the needs of the consumers. Load forecasting is categorized into short, medium and long term forecasts. The short term prediction refers to hourly load forecast for the period lasting from an hour to more than a few days.

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Power Load Forecasting based on the Parallel Chaos Algorithm

open access: yesChemical Engineering Transactions, 2016
The power load forecasting is an important part of the power system planning and the operation research. With the continuous increase of the power consumption in China, the research of the power load forecasting has been paid by the people. Because the power load data are very huge, it brings many difficulties to the related prediction research.

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.
