Self-Oscillating Wireless Power Transfer Systems [PDF]
Conventional wireless power transfer systems consist of a microwave power generator and transmitter located at one place and a microwave power receiver located at a distance. Here we show that wireless power transfer can be realized as a single distributed microwave generator with an over-the-air feedback, so that the microwave power is generated ...

Abstract Purpose This study compares the dosimetric accuracy of deep‐learning‐based MR synthetic CT (sCT) in brain radiotherapy between the Analytical Anisotropic Algorithm (AAA) and AcurosXB (AXB). Additionally, it proposes a novel metric to predict the dosimetric accuracy of sCT for individual post‐surgical brain cases.

A class of intrinsic parallel difference methods for time-space fractional Black–Scholes equation
To quickly solve the fractional Black–Scholes (B–S) equation in the option pricing problems, in this paper, we construct pure alternative segment explicit–implicit (PASE-I) and pure alternative segment implicit–explicit (PASI-E) difference schemes for ...

Evaluation of the effect of metal stents on dose perturbation in the carbon beam irradiation field
Abstract Propose Carbon ion therapy is indicated for cases in which stents have been inserted, such as bile ducts, but the effect of metal stents on carbon ion therapy is unclear. In this study, the dose perturbation of carbon ion therapy caused by metallic bile duct stents was evaluated by dosimetry. Materials and methods Five different types of metal
