Guidelines for Power System Restoration in the Brazilian System
IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, 2004This work presents the main aspects and criteria adopted by the Brazilian independent system operator (ISO) for power system restoration due to total or partial collapses. Guidelines to avoid or minimize the occurrence of drawbacks during the restoring process are also outlined. It presents a summary of the recommendations and procedures.
