Promotion of DFU Wound Healing via BRG1–COL16A1 Axis in Fibroblasts
In normal wound healing, transcription factor BRG1 is upregulated and binds the COL16A1 promoter to enhance its expression, promoting fibroblast proliferation, migration, contraction, extracellular matrix deposition, and granulation tissue formation, thus accelerating wound closure.

The imported price, inflation and exchange rate pass-through in China
This paper considers the effect of exchange rate (ER) level on China’s domestic prices during the period of 2003–2012. We examine China’s consumer price index (CPI), import price index (IPI) and producer price index (PPI) by using time series vector ...

KKbar molecules with momentum-dependent interactions
It is shown that the momentum-dependent kaon-antikaon interactions generated via vector meson exchange from the standard SU_V(3) x SU_A(3) interaction Lagrangian lead to a non-local potential in coordinate space that can be incorporated without ...

Integration of a pancreatic eQTL map with a GWAS meta‐analysis identifies 82 putative functional variants and 15 genes. The association between rs11102484 and pancreatic cancer risk is observed in a total of 5699 cases and 8467 controls. The G allele of rs11102484 weakens ZNF263 binding and the silencer‐promoter interaction, thereby increasing ST7L ...

Oral Ppi VS IV Ppi in Hospitalized Patient
Objectives: Of this study have been produced in order to promote effective use of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and (H2RAs) histamine II receptor antagonists at AL-Zahraa University Hospital (ZUH) in Lebanon. The aims: Of the study are to ensure PPIs use is limited to situations where there is indicated and there is a clear evidence of benefit, in ...

Ng et al. show that the BCR::ABL1 kinase that drives the lymphoid leukemia Ph+B‐ALL modulates enhancer function by coopting signaling‐inducible transcription factors such as MYC, STAT5, and ETV5. BCR::ABL1 thereby promotes the transcriptional program driving and defining this leukemia and renders Ph+B‐ALL cells hypersensitive to enhancer‐inhibiting ...

Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer‐related death. We investigated the role of the epigenetic regulator DMAP1 in NSCLC and found that its loss induces replication stress and DNA damage. This in turn activates type I IFN signaling via the cGAS–STING pathway and transcriptional ISG de‐repression, enhancing anti‐tumor immune responses ...

Finding the First Cosmic Explosions. III. Pulsational Pair-Instability Supernovae
Population III supernovae have been the focus of growing attention because of their potential to directly probe the properties of the first stars, particularly the most energetic events that can be seen at the edge of the observable universe.

A universal ROR1 antibody‐engineered lipid nanoparticle (LNP) is constructed by sequential drug encapsulation and antibody conjugation. The LNP not only enables enhanced chemotherapeutic efficiency by targeting drug delivery and precise localization of deep‐seated tumors through NIR‐II fluorescence imaging, but also remodels immunosuppressive TME ...

Intelligence and psychopathy: A study on non-incarcerated females from the normal population
Most research on the relation between psychopathy and intelligence has been conducted with incarcerated male samples. However, psychopathic traits can be found among non-incarcerated individuals, male or female, possessing high intellectual capacities ...
